A conceptual design was drawn for new front steps with landings and lights to transition the grade, decorative retaining walls to support a “pass court” which would accommodate 4 cars.
Re-grading the front yard changed to perspective.
The home settled into the grade.
The existing plant materials were relocated successfully around the property.
